Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for drawing review related to mold manufacturing.                                  

2. Process supervision and acceptance of mould parts.

3. Mold assembly and maintenance.                                                                                   

4. Supervise the execution of mold test and proofing.

5. Review the die test results and participate in the formulation of the repair plan.          

6. Record and summary of problems in mold manufacturing process.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years working experience in precision plastic mould fitter group.           

2. Adapt to overtime / shift arrangement.

3. Good communication, coordination, teamwork and learning ability.

Automation Group Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 20-40

1. Daily maintenance and management of production line equipment.                         2. Assembly, commissioning and evaluation of new equipment.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years automation field equipment maintenance, improvement work experience focus.

2. Injection workshop manipulator equipment (tostar, Youxin brand) use programming and debugging.

3. Familiar with mechanical principle, all kinds of electronic components, structure. 

Injection mold designer

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 25-40

1. Provide new product quotation, DFM report production.                  

2. New mold design and processing drawing making.

Job Requirements

1. High school degree or above, major in mechanical mould.                       

2. 3-6 years experience in precision injection mold design.

Stamping die repair

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 18-40

1. Responsible for mold adjustment, repair, maintenance, maintenance, cleaning and spot check.

2. Ensure the normal production in the workshop.

3. Responsible for the production plan of mold maintenance area and complete the work assigned by the workshop.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years working experience in stamping die maintenance.

2. Have awareness of production and maintenance.

3. High quality die problem solving ability.

Shift Leader

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 20-35

1. Responsible for assembly site production management.

2. Be able to handle exceptions independently.

3. Train the operation ability of employees.

4. Be able to complete the on duty production plan according to the department target.

Job Requirements

1. More than 2 years of production management experience in electronic factory.

2. Team work spirit, strong communication ability.

3. Strong overall production capacity.

3. Strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility.

Group establishment

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 22-40

Mold assembly maintenance, proofing, improvement, process optimization and mass production maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years experience in metal stamping die maintenance.

2. Familiar with all kinds of stamping die structure, can assemble and debug die independently.

3. Have the spirit of hard work, work conscientiously and responsibly, be able to obey the arrangement, have a correct attitude and take the initiative.

4. Familiar with drawing die is preferred.

Electronic Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Age requirements 22-35

1. Understand the design of multilayer embedded PCB circuit board, and be able to design single-chip system and embedded system circuit.

2. Familiar with calibration and data acquisition process of various sensors.

3. Proficient in servo motor drive circuit design experience with the design ability of filter circuit, amplifier circuit and AD acquisition circuit.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in electronic Mechatronics or other related major.

2. Interested in the design of rehabilitation robots and related products.

Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Age requirement: 23-35 years old

1. New product feasibility assessment.

2. New product cost assessment.

3. Engineering drawing / process flow chart development.

4. New product evaluation recognition / BOM / sample preparation.

5. Leading the problem points of improving new products.

Job Requirements

1. Engineering experience in connector, acoustics and antenna products.

2. Familiar with terminoldihg stamping products.

3. More than 2 years experience in product development.

Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Age requirement: 23-35 years old

1. Development and design of new mould.

2. DFM production review of new products.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above.

2. At least 3 years design related working experience.

3. Familiar with software operation.
